Scintillation-type Neutron Detector used in MLF

Abstract

  Scintillation-type neutron detectors were used in two beam lines of MLF/J-PARC. In this paper, the principles and characteristics of those used in the Engineering Materials Diffractometer, “TAKUMI” (BL19), are reviewed and discussed.
