In recent years, radiation exposure with the high energy neutron generated in the accelerator facility and earth atmosphere becomes a problem. As a result, the importance of measurement technology of the high energy neutron increases. From such a background, I developed the method to measure high energy neutron with the nuclear emulsion “OPERA film” and the latest automated nuclear emulsion scanning system “S-UTS”. In this paper, I present about the concept of the nuclear emulsion detector for high energy neutron measurement, test exposure of 14.8MeV neutron to the detector, and the performance of this method.
