Application of Pulsed Neutron for Battery Research

Abstract

  Pulsed neutron scattering is quite sensitive to hydrogen, lithium, and other light elements, and then a powerful technique for the study on structures and dynamics of materials used in rechargeable batteries. Basics of pulsed neutron scattering and its application to the studies of battery materials is presented.
