Abstract
The support for re-employment of childcare workers who have temporarily left their positions is a significant social issue. To address this, we developed the “Childcare Worker Re-employment Support Application.” This application leverages generative AI to match respondents’ profile information with case studies of previous reemployment experiences. Based on the matching information, generative AI creates messages tailored to the respondents and provides them with these messages. The messages aim to foster self-understanding and leave a positive impression on the respondents. An analysis conducted to verify the effectiveness of these messages revealed that some contained exaggerated expressions or terms that conveyed negative impressions. To address this issue, we refined the program and confirmed that the re-generated messages successfully addressed the identified problems.
