Abstract
In previous paper of the authors, we discussed the following three challenges that research and development (R&D) of companies usually faced on; “To eliminate a gap between the R&D process and a business strategy,” “To promote exploitation of the R&D process” and “To improve an ability for creating innovation in the R&D process.” Further, in order to resolve these challenges, we applied the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) to propose “the multi-program platform structure” for collaboration between “R&D program for Client Satisfaction (CS)” and “R&D program for Business Process Innovation (BPI).” In this paper, we focus on “a multi-program platform structure” which plays an important role in the collaborative-creation of client’s values, and discuss the relationship of each program to clarify a structure in the creation mechanism of client's value. Based on the results, we have described that “Client value collaborative-creation program” as a super program for managing “R&D program for CS” and “R&D program for BPI”.
