Abstract
In conjunction with Society 5.0 promoted by the Japanese government, engineering firms have established organizations for digitalization. The purpose of this organization is to manage inter-organizational missions for implementing advanced digital technologies. Digital technology is developing rapidly, and the authors consider that the framework of existing organization has limitations. This paper researches the relationship between the organization that promotes digitalization and the digital transformation program, and proposes a framework for responding to dynamic digital transformation technology changes through mission control by the digital transformation program.
