Conceptual System Proposal of Hybrid Learning Platform for Online Education of ”Future Strategy Design Business Producers”

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to propose a new educational method for group work exercises aimed at fostering ”future strategic design business producers”. This research paper presents the overall lesson plan for the group work exercise, focusing on the specialized subject ”Global Product Strategy II” of the Faculty of Business Management at Aoyama Gakuin University, which has been offered from 2015 to the present. The feature of the new educational method of the group work exercise is that it corresponds to P2M and further combines project-based learning and active learning. Online lessons were introduced in 2020 due to the influence of the new corona, and the next research purpose is to present a system concept of the hybrid learning platform that can handle both face-to-face lessons and online lessons.
