Abstract
In higher engineering education institutions, many PBL-type classes are being conducted in order to develop general and practical skills in addition to conventional specialized education, as the human resources required in society become more sophisticated and diversified. However, problems such as falling into short-sighted production activities and stagnation of activities due to lack of communica-tion have arisen, and similar phenomena can be observed in the class subjects targeted in this study. Therefore, in this study, we designed and implemented a PBL class of practical manufacturing using the instructional design method, which is a process in line with the basic concept of P2M, and exam-ined its effectiveness and issues. The ADDIE model was used in the class design.
