During the COVID-19 pandemic, shared transportation has attracted attention as one of the new transport services. Focusing on the potential of this shared transport service as a complementary function to public transport, a web-based questionnaire survey was conducted on transport behavior for commuting purposes in central Tokyo. In the survey, nudge incentives to promote the transformation of transport behavior were taken into account in the choice of means of combined shared cycle and public transport. By analyzing the selection factors under these multi-modal transport mode combination conditions, findings on behavior change in commuting transport were obtained.
