Abstract

It is very beneficial for researchers to be able to carry out volume rendering,which visualizes three dimensional scalar data effectively, in an immersive projection environment. In this report, it is shown that through the use of 2 parallelized algorithms, volume rendering can be processed at faster frame rates in such an immersive projection environment.
