CMOS Ring Oscillator Array with Dual Connections

Abstract

The novel CMOS ring oscillator array focused attention on the adjacent relationship between the component oscillators is proposed. Compared with the conventional CMOS ring oscillator array, the proposed oscillator array has the bi-directional connections. To verify the operation of the proposed oscillator, using 1.2μmCMOS Level 3 models, the circuit simulations are performed.
