Abstract

Accounting method of building air conditioning system is proposed. The used amount of air conditioning by each room is captured in both aspects of variable and fixed heat consumptions. HVAC (Heating, ventilation and air conditioning) accounting identifies proper heat consumption amount of each room corresponding its operations. Operations of air conditioning are managed and evaluated by the production amount of heat that is allocated to each room and the actual consumed amount. The total heat production of building is apportioned to each room as its target amount of heat consumption. The heat consumption of each room is calculated by potential integral method that uses wave shape of total enthalpy data measured at the room. Variation analysis between the heat production and consumption is made in order to specify the relationship between the room's condition of usage and its air conditioner use. Each room's responsibility for energy saving in terms of heat consumption amount is clarified.
