We have proposed exponentiation conversion circuit utilizing weak inversion operation that enables voltage input and output. This circuit enables exponentiation conversion by converting input signal logarithmically, amplifying by power exponent value and converting signal exponentially. In this study, in order to expand input voltage range and signal dynamic range of exponentiation conversion circuit, the number of vertical stacking of devices was reduced and the accuracy of the multiplying circuit was improved.
