Abstract
In this paper，an earthing system using reinforcing bars in house foundations was applied to various reinforced concrete foundation for house and it had been reported the seasonal variations in earth resistance value. Seasonal variations in earth resistance value were between about 14 Ω and about 26 Ω on the small model and between about 3Ωand about 4Ω on a full-scale house. The maximum value of the earth resistance value on a full-scale house at high earth resistivity area was 10.87Ω with seasonal variation. It hoped that the earthing system could be expected as good earthing.
