Abstract
Researches for specifying color quantitatively have been executed and several uniform color spaces have beendeveloped.NC-3C uniform color space contains the nonlinear compensation functions in its formulae which correspond to the characteristics of human visual system. It can be said thatNC-3C uniform color space is superior inconformity with the characteristic of color vision to other color spaces. In this research, the appearances of Macbeth Color Checker have been examined under the illuminant D65,A and fluorescence lamp E-XL,then these appearances have been compared with predicted colorimetric quantities. The quantities predicted in NC-3C space have well coincide with perceived attributes.
