Abstract

A visual experiment was carried out to obtain BCD intensity of blinking light. The test light is 4 kinds of waveforms named “(a)Right bowstring wave&rdquot;,&rdquot;(b)Triangular wave&rdquot;, and “(c)Rectangle wave A&rdquot;,&rdquot;(d)Rectangle wave B&rdquot;. Illuminated time and dark time of it are equal, frequency is 0.5Hz. Background luminance is 0.10cd/m2. Presentation position is 0 degree and 12 degrees of upper parts.
Analysis of variance was carried out. And, “The effect by the difference in a waveform&rdquot; was accepted at 5% of significant levels. Regardless of the presentation position, result with low BCD intensity was brought at the order of (b), (a), (c), and (d).
