Consideration of Phase Unwrapping Route for Figure Measurement using Fringe Projection

Abstract

This paper presents consideration of two dimensional phase unwrapping problem for figure measurement using fringe projection. We propose 2-dimensional phase unwrapping by closed cut-line method that connects broken phase jump with cut-line joined positive and negative discontinuity sources (singular points) like contour line. We showed figure measurement by two dimensional phase unwrapping route using fringe image with additional noise.
