Abstract
Making white LED source of light high luminance advances, and not only the indoor source of light but also use to the bike lamp is not a dream and has become it. Giving glare (dazzling) to a driver and the other pedestrian should fill conflicting needs that it wants to avoid it though the street light is set up in the road and the park, etc. because of the visibility improvement at nighttime. In the present study, the spatial cloth made in white LED conducted the subjectivity evaluation experiment concerning the discomfort glare by putting and using a different [no] source of light, and examined the relation to the photometry academic factor given to the glare evaluation.
