Abstract
Several investigations has been conducted to determine the best way to improve the reconstruction of Kinoform images. However, little attention was paid to the use of the error-diffusion method. This paper discribes the application of a genetic algorithm (GA) uses Kinoform by error-diffusion method for the improvement of images reconstruction. Results of Computer Simulation showd that the diffusion coefficients by GA is superior to the traditional error-dissusion coefficients a viwepoint of the quality of the reconstructed images.
