Abstract
Out of 245 patients with influenza symptom-complex who visited policlinic of the lwate National Sanatorium, 105 patients with PAP syndrome were found during December 1956 and June 1957. 102 out of 105 patients were improperly diagnosed initially as of having pulmonary tuberculosis.
Of these group 31.3% were begun on anti-tuberculoss therapy. Care must be taken in order that the proper diagnosis be made.
