Abstract
1% Ogawa's egg slant was used, and pH of its condense water was adjusted 6.8 with HCI and NaOH. Used strains were following 6: H37Rv, Aoyama-B, two strains isolated from sputa of a pulmonary tuberculosis patients never treated (with chemotherapic substances) and 2 strains from those treated cycloserine and other antituberculous drugs. After 3 weeks culture on 1% Ogawa's egg slant, each strain was diluted 10-2 times by turbidometry and O, 1ml of each emulsions was inoculated.
The influences of Lots of cycloserine to its minimal inhibitory concentration to Myc. tuberculosis were compaired. The potency of cycloserine to Myc, tuberculosis was not influenced by the Lot, when the conditions of strains and the media were kept constant.
