On the Transplantation of the Jejunal-Graft in the Quercolon for Chronic Constipation

Abstract
1) We have thought the new surgical treatment for the chronic constipation, that is the transplantation of the jejunal-graft of 15cm length to the middle part of the quercolon, that graft is a part of distance of ca. 30cm from the treitz's band.
2) In the radiological studies of one year after the operation, the transit of the contrast medium through the colon was rapidly and sufficiently observed the mucosal pattern of the transplantated small intestine.
3) The response of the operation was gratifying, for after the therapy the patient was improved from constipation and abdominal pains.
