Sixtyeight technicians working in the hematological department in eight national hospitals, three other public hospitals and two university hospitals were examined. The differential counts of same blood smear and naming of same leucocytes of color films were presented for their test with miserable results, that we are much disappointed. We concluded that this kind of test disclosed their lack of knowledge sufficient enough for hematological cellmature of leucocytes.
