Abstract
Usefulness of vectorcardiogram and telemeter-electrocardiogram was discussed, showing various examples. Vectorcardiogram provides twenty per cent more informations than routine twelve leads and was very valuable especially in the diagnosis of the myocardial infarction, ventricular hypertrophy and ventricular conduction defect.
Telemeter-electrocardiogram was very valuable in the reseach work of cardiac arrhythmias and of loading electrocardiography, such as Master's two !step test, although its method especially the method of leading was considered to be required to be more improved.
