We experienced about 2, 000 cases of cardiovascular surgery up to March 1973. In this report we described 440 cases in 1972, especially of Tetralogy of Fallot, Endocardial Cushion Defect, valvular disease and open heart surgery in infant. Furthermore we pleaded significance and importance of cardiovascular clinic in national sanatorium
