Abstract
In many SLE skin rash, fever, arthralgia and so on are come out in various combinations and varying duration. These manifestations seemed to be caused by immune-complexes and are fluctuated by progression and improvement. Therefore SLE has not the same pattern in the onset and course, thus it is difficult to make the diagnosis of SLE.
So in the past many doctors had proposed the criteria for the clinical diagnosis of SLE, well formulated. Now we should like to collect these in this paper and found out 12 in all.
In these criterias we found the 2 kinds. One set the same weight in all signs and articles and the others set in some signs-that is, rash, LE phenomenon and so on-more weight than the other signs. We could not tell which is better in this paper, and it is my object to tell it, though it is useful to understand what is SLE clinically.
