Abstract
In various immunological aspects SLE was related to a variety of immune diseases as described below.
From point of view in a generalized autoimmune disease dermatomyositis, progressive systemic sclerosis and Sjögren's syndrome are closely related to SLE; in an immunological aspect of II type reaction SLE is similar to hemolytic anemia and thrombocytopenic purpura; with reference to immune reaction III periarteritis nodosa, malignant rheumatoid arthritis, infectious allergy and various angitis simulate SLE; in immune reaction IV lipoid hepatitis, soft tissue rheumatism and polymyalgia rheumatoca are related to SLE; immune insufficiency and malignant change of immune tissues are caused by disturbance of immunological surveillance mechanism as so in SLE.
