Abstract
[Purpose] The purpose of this study is to verify the exercise of tiptoeing exercise caliber effect for the ankle plantar flexion muscle valetudinarian who made it experimentally from a standpoint of the electromyography. [method] We measured muscle active mass about Gastrocnemius Medial Head,Gastrocnemius Lateral Head,Soleus and Tibialis anterior, weighed action potential at the Heel Raise movement on the floor and the training device. The Heel Raise movement was usually carried out with speed and maximum velocity. [Results] In the comparison of the activity muscle potential, a difference occurred for muscle activity of each muscle by difference in presence or absence of exercise device and exercise speed. The one using the exercise device had a big integral calculus level in all sources, and, in the exercise of the speed, integral calculus levels usually showed tendencies to be small by exercises of the maximum velocity adversely. [discussion] when used an exercise device, likelihood of the operation not to limit to an ankle plantar flexion muscle valetudinarian was suggested because quantity of output of the muscle of leg was a speed-dependent tendency. Clear setting of the usage was thought to be important at the same time.
