Abstract
[Purpose] The purpose is to classify the impossible group and the possible group for the action of squat down, and to examine the possibility of the action of squat down and the comparison of gender differences. [Subject] 304 healthy people (male students: 198, 19 ± 1 years old, female students: 106, 19 ± 1 years old). [Methods] The action of squat down was defined based on the previous study, and the subjects were made to form a pair in pairs, one of them squatted down as a subject, and the other was evaluated as an evaluator. [Result] The Share of impossible group is 22.4%. No significant difference was found in the comparison between the possibility of squatting down and the gender difference. [Discussion] In the definition of squatting down in this study, the knee joint was flexed on the sagittal plane, which suppressed the increase in external rotation of the hip joint and led to the result that no significant difference was observed in gender.
