Abstract

Temperatures indicated in panels of Fig. 5 were calculated using an incorrect cooling rate. Temperatures in Figs. 7 and 8 were correctly calculated. While the slight changes in Fig. 5 can be found, discussion and conclusions drawn remain unchanged. The authors apology for the mistake.
