Abstract
We observed a network of threadlike structures and corpuscles spread on the internal organs of a rabbit. We did the histological studies with hematoxyline and eosin staining, and the Feulgen reaction to identify them as Bonghan duct and corpuscles. These structures consist of many sinuses and various kinds of cells. Especially there are many immature cells in the corpuscle and many myofibroblast-like rod shape nuclei in the duct. These histological features demonstrate that the se structures are novel structures entirely different from the blood vessel, nerve, and lymphatic vessel so far known in anatomy and physiology.
