Abstract
MR images were taken on 14 volunteers at pre and post chiropractic treatment, and anatomical position of the lumbar spine was evaluated on the images. Decreasing lumbar lordosis was observed on hyperlordosis group, and increasing lumbar lordosis was observed on hypolordosis group using the changes of sacral base angle and L5-S1 disc angle. These results suggest that chiropractic treatment has a possibility to change anatomical position of the human spine.
