The purpose of this study is to present a mechanism of spiritual health realization through practice in a college psychology course. The author took an educational approach by using an integral method to work on all levels of physical, mental, and spiritual health of human existence. Data collection included participatory observation, completing comment sheets and progress reports, undergoing a halfstructured interview, and taking the SBAS-TEST. Assessments of the course were both qualitative and quantitative. The Results showed the mechanism of the spiritual health realization descried with the 3 factors of spiritual health; awareness, will, and joy. Spiritual health was realized 1) synchronical realization of awareness and the other factors of spiritual health; will and joy, and 2) vibratory movements of will and joy between psychological and transcendent dimensions. This model showed that spiritual health realization was a dynamic process in the holarchy evolution of consciousness.
