Abstract
This report is the construction method of PC-LAN for Video Transmission. We use 100VG-AnyLAN and PC card Type MPEG-2 Encoder & Decoder (SP@ML). The system has 12channel at 7Mbps, low delay (7FRAMES), real-time transmission. We care the CPU performance for PCE BUS by Bus Mastering and Hardware Filtering at NIC.
