Importance of High Order Transform Coefficients in Data Compression of Hologram Patterns

Abstract

We invstigate data compression of hologram patterns by transfrom coding. In this paper, we examine the relationship between the transform coefficients and the reproducted images. We find that high order transform coefficients are important to obtain good reproducted images.
