Abstract
We fabricated an 8-bit full digital image sensor in which each pixel consists of a photo-diode(PD), a 1-bit A/D converter and an 8-bit pulse counter and output as 8-bit signals. The device operates by means of a standard TV system and 2-D real-time images are obtained.
