Abstract

In recent years, global environment problems are taken up greatly. The role that the remote-sensing technology using the satellite plays by global long observation of earth environment is large. However, there is a problem in a common user treating. Then, the organization that takes charge of public presentation of the data of high order processing is needed. A researcher enables it to acquire data simply out of huge data. Therefore, construction of a database is indispensable. It was adapted for NOAA in the system developed this time.
