Abstract
Information about the traffic, the life, and so on is provided with NHK in the scrolling telop. At present, congestion occurs by the input work of this scrolling telop, and it is the present condition to say that a necessarily rapid offer can't be done. So, the general prompt report gateway system which dissolve congestion in this input work was developed.
