Abstract
A Video level checker checks the picture signal level of VTR automatically. It performs a level check on the white level of a color bar signal. The conventional Video level checker is doing the level check by 1 dimension. This time, we examined the level check system according to 2 dimensions. In this paper, we report the examined result.
