Abstract
We have been developing a low-voltage Pulse-Frequency-Modulation (PFM)-based vision chip using capacitive-feedback reset and pulse-domain digital image processing. We have fabricated a 12 x 12-pixel PFM vision chip in a standard 0.35-μm CMOS technology. From the experimental results, we have demonstrated 1.2-V operation of several kinds of image processing.
