9-6 Quality evaluation model based on several features of moving picture

Abstract

In this paper, we describe the objective quality evaluation model for moving picture. Our proposed model is the Reduced Reference model that uses several features derived from reference video. These features are texture features, temporal degradation and flat/detail area information.
