Abstract
We propose the Full-Reference video quality evaluation model using ANSI standard parameters for H.264 coded video. For subjective assessment test, we use 240 kinds of VGA resolution video sequence for various bit-rate and frame-rate. To obtain the evaluation model, we employ the stepwise regression based on 12 kinds of ANSI standard parameters and edge-PSNR.
