Abstract
We measured a moving image characteristics of the flat panel displays, or commercially available consumer devices. Results of measurements for MPRT (Moving Picture Response Time) and moving picture resolution, showed that PDPs are better than most of LCDs and 120Hz frame rate LCDs have the moving image characteristics similar to PDPs.
