3-9 A study on automatic template generation for structuring video program

Abstract

This paper proposes a method of extracting typical images as templates for structuring video program. The template consists of a typical image of production style and a related mask image which eliminates changing parts of the style. The method was applied to some News programs and its effectiveness was confirmed.
