9-9 Error analysis of the mobile phone GPS : Application to error reduction

Abstract

In recent years, study of location identification by mobile phone has been attracting a lot of attention. So far, many investigations have been carried out for GPS error performance by conventional GPS devices, but a few people study mobile phone GPS error performance. In this paper, we used some mobile telephones under various environments and examined about the GPS error performance.
