Abstract
Many DTV sets in the market are capable of network video playback now. However conventional network video playback service has a problem that a user can only watch the contents on the DTV with which he buys the contents. So we study network video playback scheme with which the contents right can be purchased on a mobile terminal using the payment system for the mobile and transferred to a DTV with infrared signals.
