2-1 Motion-Induced Color Moving Patterns : Extension and Verification of Signal Processing on Visual Perception

Abstract

A pair of similar pictures look completely different depending on situations. In this paper, new phenomenon are proposed, where red-green stripes inverted frame by frame become visible by adding a small motion inducing signal. Through examining the mechanisms, functions of the eye system is made clear, such as, modified ◇ eye characteristics, which leads to the verification of the algorisms of signal processing of visual perception
