7-8 Prediction of Color Plane for the Sequential Color Video Using Clustering

Abstract

We have proposed the sequential color system as a video format with which R,G,B are changed by a frame. To realize this system, it is important to predict the lacking color without motion compensation. In this time, we consider prediction method in the case of one color lacking. Pixel Value is predicted by existing colors using the color probability of the reference picture at each cluster.
