Abstract
We present a novel method for 3D object pose detection. Proposed method matches 2D keypoints against 3D model points directly and increases accuracy of the 2D-3D correspondences by three-step culling techniques. Experimental results show that threshold processing using viewpoint information improves the accuracy by about 35 points.
