Abstract
We fabricated an ultra-fine magneto-optical spatial-light-modulator driven by spin-transfer-switching (Spin-SLM), comprised of a ten-pixel array with 1μm pixel-pitch, for realizing an electronic holography with a wide-viewing-zone. We have successfully observed a spin-transfer-switching in Spin-SLM. Furthermore, modulation of diffracted light in Spin-SLM was accomplished by switching with an external magnetic field.
